In 2003, for the third time, a gathering of tall ships took place on the quays of Rouen. Nearly a million visitors crisscrossed the quays of the port, marveling at the hulls and masts. For his first documentary, Olivier L. Brunet focuses on the volunteers who spent months preparing the event.
