Since the spring of 2023, residents of the Florival valley in Alsace have been fighting against a project to concrete over 27 hectares of farmland. This future economic activity zone could be added to the 30,000 already existing, which disfigure the entrances to our towns. Interchanges, traffic circles, parking lots, commercial zones and other cubic signs take us on a journey through “ugly France”, where economic promises conceal a social, ecological and landscape disaster.
